Administrative Assistant

Mt. Zion United Methodist Church is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant. Mt. Zion UMC is located in the East Cobb area of Marietta, Georgia.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing administrative support to the Senior Pastor and staff.

- Inputting financial data and preparing church reports.

- Maintaining the church calendar.

- Assisting families with funeral arrangements.

- Budgeting for and ordering office supplies.

- The qualified candidate will be proficient with a computer and willing to learn new programs as the need arises.

Details:

Hours: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (includes a one-hour lunch break).

Congregation Size: Average worship attendance of 221 in person and 125 virtual.

Compensation: Salary is dependent on experience.
