The Pumpkin Patch at Mt. Zion UMC has been part of East Cobb for more than 50 years. Each fall, families from across the community stop by to pick out pumpkins, take photos, and spend time together. The patch is more than a tradition. It helps fund important work in our church.

Pumpkin sales support youth mission trips and retreats that shape young people in lasting ways. They also make it possible for children to spend a week at Camp Glisson each summer. At the same time, the patch is one of our best ways to connect with the community. Many East Cobb families return year after year, making the rows of pumpkins the backdrop for their family photos and memories.

The Mt. Zion UMC Pumpkin Patch will open on October 6 and run through October 31. Hours are Sunday through Friday from 12 PM to 7 PM, and Saturdays from 10 AM to 7 PM. Families are welcome to come during these times to pick out pumpkins of all shapes and sizes, take photos, and enjoy the patch throughout the season.
