About the event
Beneath many disagreements in the church, today are different understandings of how the Bible actually works. Are its truths static or do they evolve? Does taking the Bible seriously always mean reading it literally? What do we do when the Bible seems to contract itself? This course explores these questions through a close study of the Ten Commandments and how they are interpreted, debated, and applied within the Bible itself. Emphasis will be placed on perspectives that will help you approach Scripture with greater confidence and curiosity.
