MUST MINISTRIES

MUST Ministries is a faith-based organization which for thirty-seven years has been dedicated to providing services to persons and families in crisis while maintaining their dignity. MUST is a place where one's faith can be put into action and where we can minister to the poor, the brokenhearted and those who are in crisis - in a place where "your deep gladness and the world's deep hunger meet." MUST SUMMER LUNCH NEED S 

 The Summer Lunch Program is in need of the following volunteers:
 
Leaders - Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-2:00pm
• NOTE: This is a 5 hour shift.  You can choose one day a week or one day every
other week.  
• Supervising lunch flow.
 
Drivers - Hours: Monday-Friday 10:45am-2:00pm
• Hand out lunches ensuring the children are the correct age (2-16 years old) and
have a registration form on file.
• Return crates to host site and unload.
Mandatory Criteria (All MUST be meant before volunteering as a Driver)
• Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older (drivers are allowed to bring their
children (ages 10 and above) along with them)
• Copy of valid Driver’s License
• Copy of Insurance Card
• Vehicle Registration
• Local and National Background Check done through MUST Ministries ($4.95)
 
Runners - Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-2:00pm
• Be on call as a driver to pick up surplus at one location and drop off at another.  
• You can choose one day a week or more.  
• NOTE: We would this person to have a van, pickup, SUV or large car that we
can put boxes of lunch sacks in.

ELIZABETH INN SHELTER NEEDS
 

The Shelter is really in need of towels and wash cloths.  If you are able to help,
please deliver the items to our Donation Center, 1210B Kennestone Circle,
Marietta GA 30060.

NEEDED FOOD ITEMS

 We are really in need of: 
Cereal, jelly, canned meats (chicken, tuna, ham, beef, salmon, etc…)
Fruit, dry milk, peanut butter, spaghetti sauce, canned fruit, canned pasta,
canned vegetables, canned and dry beans, Mac and cheese, Baby Food, rice,
boxed meals. Drop them in the bins marked MUST located outside the church office.

Serving our neighbors in need.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

MUST Marietta always has a place where you can serve. Here are some of the examples of their needs:

Receptionist Greeter on Mondays through Fridays from 8a to 12noon and 12noon to 4p
Must Wear every 3rd Thursdays from 10a to 12p
Spanish/English Translator on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10a to 2p
Education and Employment on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10a to 2p
Playroom Monitors–Monday through Friday from 10a to 2p. The play room is for children of our clients getting services. This position will require a local and national background check.
