As you probably remember, we said we were going to doing a Habitat for Humanity build in 2012. We will be building with the North Central Georgia Habitat for Humanity ( formally N. Fulton and Cherokee Habitats). They have invited us to get acquainted with how they do things as well as learn about building a two story houses. We have a couple of dates at this time where we can help and learn at the same time.
They are:
Saturday, September 10
Saturday, October 8
We are looking for volunteers for the Must Project and the Habitat Build. The dates listed are all Saturdays. However, there will be some week day work but we do not have any dates at this time.
During the next couple of weeks, someone from the committee will at the WOW dinner and in the Welcome Center on Sundays to answer your questions, provide you with additional information and you can sign-up to volunteer.
