Where does my child go?

 My child is little bitty and not walking yet...

• Sunday morning: Nursery is available from 8:00 am until 12:30 pm in the nursery (Children’s Area, Room 100)
• Sunday evenings: If you are involved in a Bible Study; nursery is available from 5:00-7:00 pm (Children’s Area, Room 100)
• Wednesday evenings: Nursery is available from 6:00-8:00 pm (Children’s Area, Room 100)

*We have beepers available for the parents to take on campus in order to notify you in case of emergency.

My child is walking but under 3 years old...

• Sunday morning: Nursery is available from 8:00 am until 12:30pm in the nursery (Children’s Area, Room 102)
• Sunday evenings: If you are involved in a Bible Study; nursery is available from 5:00-7:00 pm (Children’s Area, Room 102)
• Wednesday evenings: Nursery is available from 6:00-8:00 pm (Children’s Area, Room 102)

My child is 3 or 4 years old…

• Sunday morning: 8:00-9:40 am Nursery is available (Children’s Area, Room 102)
• Sunday morning: 9:45-10:45 am Sunday School (Children’s Area, Room 106)
• Sunday morning: 11:00 am Children’s Church begins and runs until 12:05 pm (Children’s Area, Room 106)

 *You may wish to have your child worship with you in ‘big’ church or they may remain in room 106 for Children's Church.

• Sunday evenings: If you are involved in a Bible Study; nursery is available from 5:00-7:00 pm (Children’s Area, Room 102)
• Wednesday evenings: Nursery is available from 6:00-8:00 pm (Children’s Area, Room 102)

 As soon as your child turns 4 years old he/she is welcome to join the Cherub Choir which starts at 6:00 pm and ends at 6:30 in Room 307).  If you are in a Bible study or small group, your child will be taken tot he nursery after choir.

My child is in Kindergarten or 1st grade…

• Sunday morning: 8:30 am children are encouraged to attend worship
• Sunday morning: 9:45-12:00 pm EMW (Education, Mission and Worship)  Drop your child off in Room 111 and pick up in the Chapel.  
  *Children can be picked up at 10:45 am in order to attend worship or they may remain with the shepherd and be taken to mission centers and Children's Worship
• Sunday evenings: If the parents are involved in a Bible study or small group there is childcare available from 5:00-7:00 pm (Children's Area Room 111)
• Wednesday evenings: 6:00-6:30 pm Cherub Choir (Room 307) This choir will sing in church at the 11:00 am service every other month.  If you are in a Bible study or meeting, your child will be taken to the nursery after choir.

My child is in the 2nd grade…

• Sunday morning: 8:30 am children are encouraged to attend worship
• Sunday morning: 9:45-12:00 pm EMW (Education, Mission and Worship) Drop your child off in Room 111 and pick up in the Chapel.    **Children can be picked up at 10:45 am in order to attend worship or they may remain with the shepherd and be taken to mission centers and Children's Worship

• Sunday evenings: If the parents are involved in a Bible study or small group there is childcare available from 5:00-7:00 pm (Children's Area Room 111)
• Wednesday evenings: 6:00-6:30pm. Your child is invited to join REJOICE! Choir. This choir will sing in church at the 11:00am service every other month. If parents are in Bible study their child will be escorted to Room 111 after choir for Study Hall.

My child is in the 3rd grade…

• Sunday morning: 8:30 am children are encouraged to attend worship
• Sunday morning: 9:45-12:00 pm EMW (Education, Mission and Worship) Drop your child off in Room 110 and pick up in the Chapel.
  **Children can be picked up at 10:45 am in order to attend worship or they may remain with the shepherd and be taken to mission centers and Children's Worship

My child is in the 4th or 5th grade….

• Sunday morning: 8:30 am children are encouraged to attend worship 
• Sunday morning: 9:45-10:45 am Sunday School in Room 110
• Sunday Morning: 11:00 am Worship
• Sunday evenings: Several Sundays through out the year, this group of tweens meet togehter for food, fun and fellowship (in a group called the Zioneers).  Please email Jeni McCord at jeni.mccord@mtzionumc.org to make sure that your child gets on the mailing list.  This will keep you informaed of upcoming events.  On other Sunday nights (when Zioneers is not meeting) childcare is available in if the parents are involved in a Bible study. (Children's Area Room 111)

*These ages are based on the age or grade starting on September 1, 2011.

*Children MUST be signed IN and OUT by a parent for ALL programs

*Wednesday Night Programs follow the WOW dinner schedule (ending May 9, 2012)
