Summer Basketball (May 23 – June 30)
Registration is now underway for Summer Hoops2Heaven Basketball season at Mt. Zion! This sports ministry is in its 23nd season and is open to children ages 6 through 18 (effective date 6/1). Hoops2Heaven is a tremendous value for all families, and especially families with multiple children.
Here are key information points for the upcoming season.
• Have fun playing basketball in a stress free environment.
• Maximize each player’s enjoyment of the game of basketball.
• Develop the offensive and defensive skills of the participants.
• Help players understand how to play the game.
• Beginner, intermediate and advanced skill players are welcome.
• Teams and groups are formed based upon skill level.
• 2 Games on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday evening
• Flexible format allows for you to enjoy swim team and play 2 nights a week
The Youth Sports Ministry welcomes adults and parents who can teach basketball skills. Please contact us if you will help coach this season! We also pay experienced referees if you know someone who is interested.
